SERIES B200 is a waterborne solvent-free Neoprene
(Polychloroprene) contact adhesive designed to bond
most foam plastics, plastic laminate, treated paper,
wood, plywood, and metals. SERIES B200 is used
extensively in the metal door market.
LIMITATIONS
• Keep from freezing. Store between 500F - 1000F.
• Not suitable for bonding warped wood.
APPLICATION
SERIES B200 can be applied by curtain coater, reverse
or direct roll, and conventional or HVLP spray. Apply a
uniform coat that leaves 2 to 4 mils of adhesive on the
surface after the water evaporates. Porous surfaces
may require multiple coats.
